Handle
The pakkawood handle provides a comfortable fit in your hand. The inverted triangle shape and rivet-free shaft construction provide superior strength and water resistance, and also have a visually pleasing design.
Bolster
The bolster, where the blade and handle join, is welded and polished to create a moisture-resistant and hygienic surface.
Blade
The Damascus pattern is created by folding different stainless steels into 32 layers. This is achieved not only in exceptional sharpness, but also in incredible longevity and easy maintenance.
Edge Finish
The blade can be sharpened with an extremely fine whetstone to give it an incredibly fine cutting edge. It can avoid reducing the blade hardness caused by heat and allowing for sharpening while maintaining a high level of hardness.
