I visit our headquarters in Tokyo 3-4 times a month for conferences. When I go to Tokyo, I usually visit restaurants and hotels that use KAI products so that I can hear about and check the usage of our products. I also visit nail salons. We started ‘KOBAKO’, our beautician brand, five years ago. Since then, I commute to ‘uka’ once a month, where I enjoy a relaxing spa day. I shouldn’t have dirty nails while trying to sell nail care products. ‘uka’ uses many of our products – nail clippers, foot smoothers, and cuticle pushers. It’s very refreshing. I recommend you try it sometime.
