Hello Boss,
How R U? vol.1

I like places where I can feel a connection to my hometown.
A wonderful view, isn't it? I came for a stroll along the riverbank in Seki city. Watching the cormorants fish in the river at night is very romantic. You can also enjoy an abundance of nature during the day, with the crystal clear river water and beautiful mountains. When I was in junior high, I used to come to this river to swim. Can you see the rocks in the middle? I used to swim to those rocks first, take a short rest, and, then swim to the other side of the river. I also enjoyed having BBQs, and skipping stones. Seeing this river soothes my soul because I’ve known it since I was a child.
Seki is a city of craftsman and is surrounded by nature. You can enjoy golfing and skiing among other things. In these ways Seki is similar to Portland. I actually decided to set up our factory in Shanghai because I saw rapeseed flowers in full bloom and the view reminded me of Seki, my hometown. I have been setting up our manufacturing bases in places where I can feel a connection with my hometown.
Well, it is about time to go back. I'll skip stones before I leave. I haven't done that in 20 years.
The Oze Riverbed in Seki city is one of the major spots for cormorant fishing in Gifu Prefecture. You can enjoy watching cormorant fishing from May 11th to October 15th.
